National Visa Center
We received our PDF files from NVC this morning and forwarded them to CAWLI. CAWLI then emails them to their in China representative. CAWLI's in-China rep will take the emailed NVC letter to the US Embassy in Guangzhou along with our previously mailed DS-230 application for the Children's visas and copy of our Parental Letter Of Acceptance. The US Embassy does not allow representatives to drop off paperwork on Mondays. I have asked Lillian to let me know when the forms are dropped off. Article 5 will be ready to be picked up exactly 10 business days later by CAWLI representative and mailed to CCAA in Beijing for TA. CCAA is averaging 21 days from the receipt of Article 5 to issuing TA. This still keeps us on track for end of October travel.
