Growth Report for Fu Jingxin
Fu Jingxin, female, DOB: August xx 2010 (Her DOB is estimated by doctors), was abandoned at the gate of Fuzhou Association for Science and Technology on Sep.8 2010 and was sent to this institute to be raised by Que Xiaoling of Hongshizui neighborhood committee.
She is now 61cm in height, 5.5kg in weight, 40.5cm in head size, 40.5cm in chest size, and 9.5cm in foot length and has no teeth. In terms of diet she takes formula and nutritional rice cereal as staple food, also has other food such as rice paste, steamed egg, meat pie soup, etc and she likes to drink milk best, has 6 meals per day: milk at 5:00, 9:00, 12:00, 16:00 and 24:00, rice paste at 18:00, has good appetite and can drink 200ml milk or eat 180g congee for each meal. In terms of sleep she gets up at 5:00 every morning, naps for 2 hours at 9:00 and for 2 hours at 16:00, and goes to bed at 20:00. She has sound sleep with lights off. She defecates once or twice per day and urinates for uncertain times.
In terms of body movement, now she can stand with armpit held, stare at shaken rattle, sit up with wrist pulled gently, sit for a while leaning against the wall and stretch out hands to grasp the toys near hand. In terms of language, now she can giggle aloud when she is happy, can recognize acquaintances, make a sound at people and things, call ba-ba and ma-ma, respond when her name is called and touch adults’ face with hands. In terms of personality and hobbies she is fairly introverted, timid, outgoing and active and restless in familiar environment, likes to listen to music, but a little afraid of strangers, likes adults to bathe her, likes to watch small animals and be held up, energetic; her favorite toy is the rattle and she is closest to the caretaker.
