Pre-Approval was received from China for our new son, Joseph this past Thursday. We are still waiting on Jewel's PA. Joseph is named after his Granddad, Joe. However, I think we will be calling him Bo, at least at first, since that is part of his chinese middle name that he will be familiar with.
Here's to hoping the possible government shutdown is not going to happen. In the past the visa offices have been one of the closed offices. We are still waiting for our I800a approval to adopt two children from China and that would cause us to be delayed. I was hoping we would get our approval by April 18th. The government is saying they might shut down on Friday the 8th if a new budget is not passed.
Congratulations on receiving JOSEPH's PA! Love the name! Hopefully Jewel's will come this week!
